Today, I was working with a higher-level math group on the basics of algebra. We were using the SMART board and exploring some awesome websites together! One of the lower level math kids entered the room and asked what we were doing. I said, "We're working on algebra!" He said, "Oh, I now a lot about that. I know that ducks, salamanders, and fish eat it."
